Elaine Callan BCL, Partner

Joining the firm in 1989 as a graduate from Trinity College Dublin and qualified since 1993, Elaine practices in Family Law and general litigation. Building this side of the practice since the early 90's she became a partner in 2002. Elaine shaped the technology infrastructure of the company in the early years with a keen interest in streamlining operations and procedures.

Elaine has built a reputation for 'no nonsense' negotiation and calm, practical solution finding in her work. Over 30 years in practice she has acted for clients from the District Court to the Supreme Court. Elaine also has a particular interest in Relocation and International Child Abduction cases. 

Elaine specialises in Family Law including Divorce, Judicial Separation, Civil Partnership Dissolution, Co-habitation Agreements, Custody, Child Abduction.
