Seamus, a graduate of University College Cork, qualified as a solicitor and joined our firm in 2000. He took over the expanding Probate Practice of the firm and now practices in a wide number of areas of general practice, specialising in Probate and Wills, all Property based transactions and Commercial and Business Law.


Seamus has considerable experience in advising executors and beneficiaries alike in difficult contentious probate matters, developers of single and mixed use developments, Landlords and Tenants of commercial properties, small and medium sized business owners in addition to hundreds of domestic clients on property and succession matters. He adopts a pragmatic, problem solving approach to all matters and understands the need to balance the importance for his clients of achieving a resolution with the cost implications of taking legal action. 


Seamus is a holder of the Law Society Diploma in Trust and Estate Planning and is a member of the International Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
